No. QRTudo does not sell personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
When someone scans a dynamic QR code, QRTudo records the device IP address, device type, and timestamp. We do not collect names, email addresses, or direct identifiers from the person scanning.

QRTudo voluntarily applies CCPA principles as a trust standard, even though we may not meet the thresholds that make CCPA technically mandatory (annual revenue under $25M, fewer than 100,000 California consumers annually, no sale of personal data).
