Does QRTudo sell my personal information?
No. QRTudo does not sell personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
What data does QRTudo collect from QR code scans?
When someone scans a dynamic QR code, QRTudo records the device IP address, device type, and timestamp. We do not collect names, email addresses, or direct identifiers from the person scanning.
How can I request access to or deletion of my data?
Email [email protected] with "CCPA Request" as the subject line. We will respond within 45 days.
Does CCPA apply to QRTudo?
QRTudo voluntarily applies CCPA principles as a trust standard, even though we may not meet the thresholds that make CCPA technically mandatory (annual revenue under $25M, fewer than 100,000 California consumers annually, no sale of personal data).
